New versions of my mystery novel, set in Calgary, are pending. A Kobo e-book version is awaiting approval, and as well the first print version has been submitted to Amazon. After struggling to use Direct2Digital print formatting, I ended up using Reedsy as a quick format service, which worked well. It's faster than downloading the Amazon template and fiddling with all the formatting yourself. Advance Reader Copies are available for anyone interested.
